New smartphone app-TruckerPath

In my prior post, I wasn't concerned with the app tracking my location. That's part of the main function of any mapping app.
I was only concerned with the privacy allowance of it "finding accounts on the device (ie. phone)".
Whether I have a bank, retail store, or twitter account is not related, nor need to be known, for any trucking/mapping app.

 

I am fairly certain the app would want to access you or your wife's or your kid's account, NOT the accounts you may have with others. Remember, phones usually only have one user, but tablets may have several.
