On my 3rd week at Oakley, I must say the Dispatchers suck, can't or won't pick up the phone in the afternoon, I think the close as he's been to a truck was the one he cut off at the exit ramp on his way to work!

I usually text my dispatcher and get a faster response than trying to call. Sometimes I bypass him completely and call Nick in recruiting and he takes care of whatever I need.

Overall though, I'm still happy to be here and I'm making more money than I ever have in my life.

I send emails for everything, unless I have no data connection. Then I send a text. And if he takes too long to reply, then I call.

I #### near never call. Been here almost two years and have no serious complaints.

I'm in talks with them now, how are the runs and pay. They are steering me towards end dump. I live in NY and was told approx. $2000.00 clear a week and should be home every week.

I do $3500-5500 a week now with the company I'm leased on with it's just intermodal and am getting tired of the NJ piers.

okay thanks. I'm averaging 3500 AFTER that is taken out. I pay 85.00 a week for 26 weeks for plates. 8.00 bobtail, 35.00 comp, 71 collision and no trailer fee's I'm probably better staying where I'm at I'm making more money and home 5-7 nights a week

Yeah, if I were you I'd stay put also. I wonder if the containers in my area are doing that well.

I'd like to know what company that is. I've pulled intermodel as a company driver and once I bought my own truck I was going to lease onto a intermodel company but it didn't pay good.

I've been talking to Andy at Oakley but haven't made up my mind yet if I'm going or not. I want to clear, after all expenses except truck payment, at least $2600 a week with a 5 day week and get a couple days home. I live right off of I-20 about 11 miles from the Alabama line. Is this something that's possible?

Alabama line, which one, Mississippi, or Georgia?

I see between $2500 and $3500 to my checking account every week running between 2100 and 3000 miles a week. I'm out three weeks at a time but I really only drive Monday thru Saturday morning. Then I take a long reset..

I'm doing a little better then $1 to the bank after expenses but before taxes. But it's mostly because I'm averaging in the 6's for my fuel milage and I have a pretty low deadhead percentage.

Could I run harder? I'm pretty sure I could. Do I want to run harder? Not really.
