An 0800 delivery tomorrow in Indianapolis , so I'm hoping to get something decent for the weekend.
Hopefully not another 400 miler that picks up Friday and delivers on Monday...

Anyone know how the loads are in that area?

 

Back to work after 13 days at home, with truck getting some TLC. DPF filter baked and system PMd, 2 new airbags and a new clutch ... came down to Lathrop, new air air hoses and 7 pin. A quick local run tonight to get under at trailer and then P/U a Command load tomorrow to Denver for the weekend.

 

Winchester, KY. Well, do not have to worry about Texas now. What I thought would happen did. Within 30 minutes of sending in my loaded call, my pplan was removed. Said that the customer, Wal-mart cancelled. Sent a message to my DM, get a message, will send a message to the planners. I am looking at another 2k week again if can not get out of Edwardsville on Saturday or Sunday. Many of us know what it can be like on a weekend there. And if get one on Monday, my luck, it will be a 700 mile load for Wednesday morning. The only problem, once they did that, I hurried and sent a MAC 8 for 7/15, Goodyear, AZ. Now I will have to get miles

 

I've always gotten good loads out of the Indianapolis area.

 

Well, my only Mac-30 offering was a short one headed to Columbus, OH, delivering at 1630 tomorrow.
No thanks. I'd be stuck at the terminal, and I hate that.

 

I see an out. The timing probably won't get any better.

 

Concordia, MO. Had a long talk with my FM this morning and was told that I would be moved today and that I would have a pplan so that can keep rolling this weekend and not be stuck in Edwardsville. Well it is now almost 1900, no pplan and was not moved. She was not even aware of my transfer request because no body bothered to tell her. Even my DM did not know because someone else intercepted both of my messages and said that they forwarded to him and he says that he never received. That is when I mentioned to her, see my problem, no communication among your self's. As far as MAC 30, keep getting the same offer, 300 miles for Monday morning in NE. I thought that maybe my hours are keeping me from getting a load but I have 3 left today, pick up 6.5 tonight and then another 9.75 Saturday night and 9 Sunday.

My Mac 30's today were only garbage.
Only 2 ever came through, and both were 7-30 miles empty and 1 mile loaded.
It looked like trailer moves to drop my mt or swap for a rejected trailer, both of which I ignored several times.

I did get a short load out headed to OH.
It was sent, and accepted, this morning. But when I found out that the driver t-calling it at the local drop yard would not be here until 1400, with a 4 hour drive and a delivery at 1600 and my 14 running out at 1830, I had it removed.
I told my DM that I could pick it up today and deliver it tomorrow, and it took another 4 hours of sitting before a new delivery appointment was set for tomorrow morning and the load was sent back to me.

 

Loves in Fair Play, SC 63 miles from my final in Laurens. Already planned on one from Augusta, GA back to Jenks, OK.

 

Edwardsville terminal. Pick up a mom load in the morning and take to okc for Monday morning and if the next shipper allows me to come in late and if can t-call in Phoenix then all is good. If not, then a heavy water load going to Flag for Wednesday morning and then DH home
