New driver need help

I am a new driver to a company you probably all hate in a contract most get screwed by ready to fulfill the contract and move on with my life but here's the problem i work for a team driving company and I can not figure out to safe my life how to sleep on a moving truck I have gone three days with zero sleep they say if you get tired enough you will sleep but this is not the case for me please help

 

What is gravol and is dramimin also a sleep aid? And thanks for your replies

 

Also my first lead driver I had was a horrible lead driver my first day with him he had me stay up all day in jump seat with him and then drive all night zero sleep my third day on the road he had me go straight through Philadelphia on my own with him in the sleeper never once did a pre trip and I was never explained the measurements on tandom axels there being my second day on the road I got a ticket going through a weigh station for my tandom axels being wrong that being said how many CSA points is that how do I find out about the ticket and how do I avoid another lead like this

 

I will take your advice on the gravol I don't know that I nessacirly have motion sickness I do not feel sick and I feel quite comfortable I just can't get to sleep and then when I finaly do I'm back up mins later I do not feel safe driving after three days with no sleep but I can't quit either I do not know what to do
