No, everyone has it, BUT no ton their OWN posts is all. It is by the edit, quote buttons, etc.

Thankyou, I believe you and all, but I swear it's not there. There's a quote button, a multi quote button, and a quick reply button, no thumbs up button. I'm I Blind? or is something wrong with my settings? I am not looking at my posts, but it is not on others either.
