No I went to an entirely different school in an entirely different state. I paid them in full through my own loan. So yes they are saying I would owe that money for OTJ portion. Wich I don't get.
-
No I'm still employed lol I most likely will stick it out. Just trying to figure out how they can charge me for job training
-
They didn't front me money. It was job training. I already had my license.
-
You're sure it's not tuition reimbursement of some type?
75k is do~able.... less than a year -
Yes I'm positive. It was training to test you and pass you so they can hire you. It's doable. I'm just curious if it's even technically legal is all8thnote Thanks this.

They are not going to waste money on lawyers for a 3k debt...the lawyers would charge too much.
They will chuck it as a loss (in some states) or sell the "debt" to a collector. The reason I said some states is because of certain laws about debts and the exchange of monies..what is and isnt considered enforacble - I can get you to sign a contract that says you will pay me $5 million, but that doesnt mean it's a legal contract. -
This was posted about a little while ago. It is a contract for new CDL holders being hired on. NOT for their CDL training school. Apparently, if you go through their CDL school, the contract that the OP is speaking of does not apply.
It seems they have increased their mileage requirements.
