You'll get about the same miles with Gordon as with Schneider but trust me you'll like Gordon better. They all have their BS (this is trucking after all) but GORDON is less likely to micromanage you to the degree that is a habit at Schneider. Not saying Schneider is bad--just that I prefer Gordon. They'll both tell you something like 2700-3200mi/week but you'll do 2300-2600. This is not a bad thing for someone starting out. As you learn the system the miles will start to increase.
I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

Ok cool..I really appreciate the help. I just have this gut feeling going all the way to Fontana to spend time in a classroom isn't the right move. Rather just get out and start driving. Plus Gordon's trucks are a lot newer and the terminals seem less crowded (and closer).Dominick253 Thanks this.

There practically is no more Gordon. January 1, 2017 Gordon Trucking will cease to exist. Heartland is doing more and more to micromanage the drivers.

How long have you been with Gordon? I worked there after the buyout
