    Avoid salt and chips weather baked or not. And avoiding to live off of fast food. Makes you feel like a better person over all.

    There are countless organization that has done studies proving microwave to be safe and proving that they are hazardous.

    In every microwave manual it tells you not to stand in front of or around a microwave while it is on. Do they tell you not to stand around a stove while its on or the oven? Think about it.

    When people start to read the studies and search deeper than just the first search results on Google they begin to discover more and more. The market for these products plummet and then the corporations pay people at prestigious universities and laboratories huge sums of money to research in their favor only the positive effects of their products and also to come up with any scenario in which they can debunk n negative about their products.

    I love my country. But the facts are plain as day. This is a capitalist country where we put profit over morals and health . Corporations do not give a crap about what we eat and if it is harmful. Why are microwaves completely banned in Russia but they are in 90 percent of American homes. Why is high fructose corn syrup completely banned in most countries in Europe but they are in almost everything processrd we eat.

    I went to the store the other day and pick up a pack of Ritz crackers cheese. It was high fructose corn syrup in some #### crackers and cheese. Anyone that has been to college know that you have to read an entire article and you have to read the opposition's articles and then you have to search deeper than just the first search results . Remember the first search results are always going to be the one that they want you to see not the ones that are telling the complete truth.

    Like said above when cook food nutrients are depleated . Microwaves depleat them all and leak radiation in certain models.

    My wife would disprove that theory. She takes extra salt to any restaurant, in a small container in her bag. I keep joking with her that she must have been born in the Dead Sea. And her blood pressure is so low, I'm surprised she has a pulse. Personally, I think that salt topic is an old wives tale. It's stuck with us because of media myths.
    We need salt to function. But if you need to use it, then buy the real stuff that is derived from the sea, not the mass produced stuff.

    People don't understand that there are so many form of natural foods and ingredients that in regular processed applications need to be extracted. Trust me . my wife is a holistic practitioner and a nutritionist.

    I remember in the past the government went on a campaign to encourage people healthy and fat free. When in reality your body needs natural fat. Healthy fat can cure you of several illnesses. My kids eat pure ghee like a snack and people plauged with ignorance in normalcy bias look at me and say you're feeding your kids butter?. Because they do not understand real food only helps it is healthy for you.

    I have a4 year old and a2 year old. My children do not know what candy taste like. My son saw a bunch of gumballs in a package and had them out on the floor and was playing with them like they were toys he didn't even know that it was candy . had no idea.

    They eat soup stock grime kiefer natural creams unpasteurized natural milk grass fed anti biotic free no growth hormone free range cage free grains and gluten free corn free wheat free.

    My children eat coconut bread like it is a snack or a treat. They gobbled up vegetables like it's delicious they beg for more. And the most interesting thing about it all is when you eat natural free for all the processing. You get full fast off less.

    Most cancers and diseases are caused by the food we eat.

    My children have never been vaccinated ever. And they never will be. And the school's fight me all the time on this. But my children have also never been sick hardly ever and if they do start exibiting symptoms of a cold or flu they get over it within the same day or the next day. No medicine


    Wake the #### up people this #### is serious . It's one of the main reason I quit my job and started driving . To make for money so my kids don't die from one of the hundreds of illnesses that continue to increase over time.

    Any elderly person will tell you that back in their date all these cancers and cases of autism never existed before but the demand for more increase and the population increased and corporations want to make money so they produced cheap food that kills us and majority of us cover our eyes and ears and refused to believe it

    A. I did go to college, my friend.

    B. There has never been proof that microwaves do any more damage to food than other conventional methods.

    C. I did research this topic in highschool for a chemistry paper, and I turned up nothing but contrary information, I was able to cite trusted sources for both sides of the argument. My conclusion being that cooking food in general did reduce nutritional value, and in most cases added empty caloric content. Whether it be by microwave or steamer the nutrional value was reduced.

    D. What does your Fructose agenda have to do with microwaves.

    E. The veggie/rice steamer I bought has a list of warnings long enough to cover the bunk window in my prostar. I know this because that's where it is now, does that mean it's making my food poisonous?
