what company are yo going to work for? Want the best for my BF and need him home as much as possible. I'm sick and not going to get better. His choice of a career change wasn't too bright. There is still time for him to back out. Hasn't been to school yet. He's 49. TMI...I know. Wondering who your new company is and where.

Well this is depressing, I was a tech for Hogan for 4 years. It was a awesome company to work for and I talk to the owners son weekly. If there are questions that need to be private please feel free. I DO know that dedicated and what I did were kind of two different entity, buy as a former employee I will say it was great to work for them.

I just want to hear the skinny on Hogan. And, I would like to hear it from Drivers who have driven for them in the past yr or so.
I just want to know if they are actually paying what they advertise in their Craiglist Adds for The Target DC to Store gig.
Thanks Folks. -
Look at their pay then look at prime company driver pay at 43 cpm for newbies

29cents per mile is what I made starting with USA truck.what would have been better as actual miles was about a 500 -800 dollar paycheck before taxes on a 11 hours a day 6 days a week driving. Logging 667 miles tops due to a governed engine. And getting paid for 600 of that. If I was lucky. I found a local job driving, loading and unloading job for 20 per hour with vacations holidays and great benefits after dealing with all the bull crappie that USA truck and burd bros gave me. I have kept my options open meanwhile. There has not been one truck company that can match my money per hour vacations benefits and perks that I get now. And hogan offered me 51 cents per mile vacations and benefits. But where I get 2 6 day payd weeks vacation 5 personal days 2 floating holidays and all holidays off. 30 per hour after 40 hrs including days used for holidays and payd days off. And 40 per hour any Sunday worked, and 50 per hour any holiday worked. Plus Christmas bonus last year was 1700 dollars. Hogan's vacations pay is 400 a week. Health dental and vision 500 a month.. I pay $14 big weekly now. My company pays for a resort style gym membership to keep me healthy and in shape. My hours are 9 -6 m-f .. if anyone knows a company that can come close to this let me know. I've been with my company for a little over a year now. I have over 2 and a half years of flawless driving behind me. My advise to you is get your experience and keep your eyes and ears out for the nut job. It is out there.
