    Yes, you were in the wrong because you were clearly driving too fast for the conditions. Obviously the black car was being driven by a half-wit and you should have either slowed way down, turned on your flashers, blew your air horn, or all of the above while shaking your fist and mouthing obscenities at that 4-wheeler.

    I just saw a sign in Illinois that said there are already over 500 traffic deaths in that state alone. Something needs to be done about these aggressive or clueless 4-wheelers who must have paid a bribe to get their license.
