No we have Ingersoll Rand inverters installed by ThermoKing in all trucks. I run a motel size\model fridge\freezer, microwave and a 35" flat screen. Coffee pot, laptop with no problems.

Did I read the training timeframe right? 2 - 3 weeks with a trainer after a seven day orientation? Also, how is MCT in regards to BMI and neck size? Do they require a sleep study if a person is on the hefty side?

I started out there in '10. They have automatics so i had to pay for a refresher coarse at trucking school because I couldn't drive a stick anymore. I just got hired on by jb hunt on a great paying dedicated account. Durring orientation three people failed the backing test because they couldn't even get it in gear or forgot how to drive stick. NEVER got with an automatic company out of school. You will regret it down the line. All the better paying jobs have manual.

Here's the way I understand it:
They are all seperate companies, but O&S, Wil-Trans, Jim Pamer have some business relationship to haul Prime freight.
Wil-Trans owns Jim Palmer, but they're 2 seperate companies. Wil-Trans cdl school is in Springfield,MO and Jim Palmer cdl school is in Missoula,MT.
Earl Henderson Trucking had the same relationship with Prime, then last year Earl Henderson purchased Tennant Truck Line, then Trekker Logistics purchased Henderson and Tennant, so Prime is now cut out of that.
Crazy isn't it?duck65 Thanks this. -

Are you allowed to take the truck home?
