I would have completely destroyed the white car and then before the black car could pass I would have swept over to the right and snatched him up under my trailer and pancaked his beach ### all while hanging out the window screaming, cursing and flipping the bird.........in my dreams of course.

In reality I would have observed the white cars intentions further back, slowed down and got over after the black car. I know it's annoying to have to slow down and drop gears for traffic and obstructions but we're the professionals, so hey.

Yes I got a call from my insurance and they said I was dropped because of an accident. I was like what accident? And the report showed Englewood co. I know right away. So I had to go out of my way get a lawyer and all to get it removed.

The girl had a suspended license, no insurance the car wasn't register and it was somebody elses. Talk about b.s.

I'm reading this story basically as someone didn't feel like doing that, and was trying to wait as long as possible to see what the car in front him was going to do.

Someone gambled, lost, and nearly sideswiped another car as a result. We should know better than that.

I think if a truck is already in the process of changing lanes, say halfway (or maybe just signaling, since it takes us longer), and the vehicle in the lane it's moving into is successful at speeding up enough to either collide with it or force it to drastically avoid collision, especially when the truck's only option would be to swerve back into stopped traffic, which it had plenty of time and room to avoid (if the other vehicle hadn't gone kamikaze), then it isn't the truck driver's error. If they're going to make lanes end, we have to be allowed to change lanes too, without wreckless drivers interfering and blaming us.

What if the situation were reversed, and a truck sped up and hit a car that was changing lanes. No brainer, dumb trucker. Double standard. What if a police car was changing lanes and a car sped up and hit it? Triple standard. Speaking of kamikazes.

A similar scenario happened to me, when a police vehicle swerved in front and into the lane left of mine, turned on its lights to pull a car over, so before they slowed and moved into my lane (where I was being tailgaited), I was looking to move left, had room, signaled, and just as we began to trade places, a cab driver behind me floors it... well, I wasn't about to swerve toward those two, while braking and making the cab get that much closer, but it still got to the point where the taxi had a near miss before giving up and moving left, which it should have done to begin with, instead of wrecklessly trying to interfere with my lane change (which I was only doing for safety). Then it tried to pull in front of me, but I moved left again. I don't know what it is with these people. Glad it dosn't happen every day.
