Living to the point where I have people chaning my drawers don't really sound that appealing to me.
On that note just my view, not interested in having anything shoved up my rear regardless of who "recommends" it.
When I am burned out on DVD's etc..............

No problem, some of us choose to be proactive with our health, while others wish to either ignore it, or are more than ignorant to the facts, thinking their manhood is threatened.Last edited: Jul 24, 2015

Shrug, not worried about my manhood, Frankly they have a diagnoses for everything this day and age and people worry way way to much and in the end we all die its just a matter of time. It dont bug me eather way, its just a part of life.
As for being ignorant that goes on the basis of not knowing facts and frankly I know the facts and still dont care, if my ### wants to kill it self let it. I have been waging biological warfare on it sense the day I found mexi food.
Mmmmmm peppers and spices!!!Big Don and Blackshack46 Thank this. -
Haven't needed a colonoscopy yet, but I'm reaching that age. The way I understand it they pump your insides full of air so the camera has more wiggle room, and what goes in eventually must come out.
I can't wait to be in the recovery room with my wife actively encouraging me to blow ##* instead of telling me to stop, like she usually does. -
Get the shower....you'll sleep better, and smell fresher for whomever you are going home to. I can't park my truck at my house, driveway is too small. So I frequently take a shower at the truckstop I park at while waiting on the wife to come get me.

My BIL at the age of only 54 just had a baseball sized tumor found. They took out half his intestines! Luckily it was not an aggressive type of cancer.
I turn 50 this year and will not be to proud to have the test. It is nothing compared to what the ladies must do to keep an eye on everything, medically!
My wife has had two done so far. If it is in your family history you should start before 50.
MikeeeeBig Don Thanks this. -
Take the shower! Make your wife, kids and dogs HAPPY to see you!

Not a fun thing to have, but the actual test isn't nearly as bad as the prep for it!
Up to a point, I could agree with that statement. But just up to a point. Hell, if I could have chosen a quick death rather than the lingering heart failure, I would never have had my heart surgeries. And I likely either would not be here today, or if I was, not able to sit here and post.
Try not to get sent to prison then!
That's not exactly how it works. There is a prep for the test, that you do the day before the test. It cleans you out. I mean it REALLY cleans you out. Not at all pleasant. But for the test itself, you should be lightly sedated, enough that you don't remember much about it at all.
WHAT MIKEEEE SAID! -
I had my colonoscopy when I was in my 30's, if I recall, I am 52 now. Thankfully they found nothing. It was ordered because of family history. Oh, and... yes... I remember the "prep", as they so fondly refer to it, I'd rather not go through that again. If it is reordered I will though...I have a wife and two lovely daughters to think of first!

Probably doesn't want to get poked int he eye with the rod since his head is already up there. Just kidding.
They give u a sedative and you don't even know it happened. The worst part is if you have cheap tp at home and it chafes during the cleaning out process.G.Anthony Thanks this.
