Driving records....

Just a FYI all states once you get your mug on that Class A you go into the data base. If you got a Licence in Florida Alaska will know all 50 states know your number and how you look. The troll of the first post over thinks.

 

Really? I'm not aware of any such program, at least not where I'm from in Virginia. Just exactly what are the names of those programs ?

 

It is called the Patriot act and Homeland security. Once you get your CDL you are in the system!

when you work for a company (most) you give them the right to check your dmv any time they want....

all states are required to sent you a latter before your they suspend your license, if they didn't you can beat a ticket for driving when suspend..... until they TELL YOU your suspend your not.... that's THE LAW, and they need proof they told you so until you get the letter "certified mail" your not suspend

 

Just check the states DOT site for carriers.

 

I wish your were right, hate to burst your bubble, that's not the case, at least NOT in Virginia. But lets assume even if it were true where you are from, and you're out driving for a month, by the time you get home it's too late to read your mail?

 

don't read do you.... the state ALL STATES are REQUIRED to notify you that your license is suspend and the date it will be suspend. this is done by certified mail.... that is the only way they have proof that your knew

 

The bold part is just not true.. YES!!!, they have to notify you in advance, but plain old US Mail is plenty of proof.. I know for a fact they do NOT have to notify you by Certified Mail in NJ
