Something is DEFINATELY up with the closeness both my dispatchers/ops mgrs have with CHR! Coz they claim to want to help u and get u the best rate but whenever they can they push a Chr load on u....trying to "help u out " of course,lol....oh boy

No discount! although your ops mgr will tell u that Comdata cash price is a discount....your real discount is to give up on the big three except maybe loves in certain markets....better to learn what states chains and independents have better fuel prices....there's your discounted fuel......

I like jb my self 1800 for 568 mile that's a good weekend load take me thur the house and end the pay week nice look lee I have takend a load that did not pay me well to go home to the wife and kids but a pay a price for it because I whose tag as some one that will run for €€€€ pay from then on I will dead head home before I let ch but@@@@ me with smile lol don't do it that is del there loads for free

Well I'm actually in a really good situation. I've got my twic card and that will allow me to get port loads (contsiners) from lLa, San Fran, and Seattle. I won't have any problem booking my own loads.
a really strange route in trying to hey from my last company is called Top Hay. It's a Chinese company that buy alfalfa hay from Arizona then pack in containers to ship to mainland china. I've dealt with them numerous times. Tons of work.
I have to say that I haven't seen any negative actions or symptoms of "little Hitler" syndrome where eagle employees think they are in charge.
I'm Happy with them so far.

my first load was emailed to me and that was the last communication îve had. You are a tool operator. You should be able to sit in any truck and be able to make noney.
If you can't make money it's not the company or the equipment, or the wrather, blah blah blah.
youre the tool operatorr, go operate and save yourself the time of complaining.

I will do just that Rayon. By the wau, while I was in the room whet the dispatcher sit, I overheard them talking about a female driver that got one over on them.
she took a load from landstar, asked the broker to Change the contract so that she was paid 2000, out of the 3100$ line haul pay, to do a driver unload. Therby circumventing the 25%. They caught it and were none too happyfr8monkey Thanks this. -
Actually after this long and with swift coz no discount there I just kind of know where to fuel....I know the whole country pretty well,all the little chains in there regions I have a huge stack of fuel cards thicker than my arm.....

Lee let me show are just tell you little we are not in full control yes we have a lot of say as l/ o but the one of the biggest problem you will soon find out for your self is you go and try pull that hay load and see what happen so to say that if fail it's all and the driver is not correct there are road black that needs to be remove and let us run like hell and we can all make money and lots of it things needs to change and run the company as if thy have any since ------- here is the thing ok thy are running the company as if it is Celodan ok it is the opposite of Celodan and there four should be run as such you want to be like land star then run it like them not this that is going on thing needs to change and soon ,
