Since when is Cummins started recommending overheads at 150k? I thought it was 500k. And btw I've got 1.3M on my ISX , but it's running regular 80k max weight.

I was using what I was quoted at Cummins Bridgeway. I looked at the published lit and it does say 500k for the ISX. Personally I think thats too long, I prefer 300k.

Cummins recommends 500k so when they do overhead and find damage its off warranty .. Many guys who followed cummins recommendation paid out of pocket for cam replacement in the past when they had issues with cams

from what i've seen, the 600hp signature series doesn't make it as long as the lower hp engines. i had an 07 475 hp isx that was at 1.2 million when i sold it, never been opened up except for getting the overhead ran. of course it need typical stuff replaced through the years, water pump, air compressor, turbo, fan clutch.
