I generated over 4200 dollars last week at near 2 a mile and still can't even come to 800 take home?

No it's way more directly related to the low rates we get and I had a lot of DH too.....and I just let my ops Mgr #3 that the right way to calculate our payroll is 75%of the linehaul and 100% FSC if there is one.....every week they just do a straight 75% of the total rate I have to correct that every week!

 

Hey guys question. If you get a truck from quality. And working with eagle. Can you lease on that truck on to Schneider?

 

Is it true that if when you sign the lease with schneider you have 5 days before they start taking out money?

 

I just looked at Eagles website and noticed something...say eagle drivers get a 300 bonus for every 14 days U stay out! Where's mine..brought to my old ops mgr attention he said it was for teams...I told him to read it again.....seems pretty clear....and I also pointed out the reason they are offering that is becoz the bs low rates U can't sustain.....I've barely had a break .....I told him a bunch of stuff via text and told him show it to whoever can actually make a decent change...coz this company can't afford to keep bleeding drivers!

 

No! Quality deals with certain companies and Schneider isn't one of them!
