3406 cat 435hp upgrades

    Well since "Hurst" put it that way, I went from a 435 (5EK) and put a 550 BS (1LW) flash file and change the fls/fts number's. My born 435 (5EK) came with 58's so with the 550 ((1LW) which calls for 57's gave it even more. The only hard part's change was the turbo, went to a B/W Stage 1. BTW, I'm in Cali, so I need to be CARB compliant and "I AM"......, I had the DPF retrofit installed.

    is your moter a 96 some of the early motors had to change hard parts to get to 550 see
