I got it today. Wow it looks big

 

I really like it a lot. Lots of new features and way more user friendly then my 560 Dezl.

 

I just exchanged my RM530 for this and I'm liking many of its different features.

I am experiencing a small hick up though, anytime I try to 'skip next stop' the unit restarts before actually skipping. Wondering if anyone else has this issue.

 

Try giving it a spoon of sugar. I hear that gets rid of hick ups. Sorry Njp I couldn't help not posting that lol

 

The actual difference between 770 and 570 is just screen size and HD traffic on 770 and regular traffic on the 570 right?

Does anyone have information on the effectiveness of both and whether in your opinion is worth the extra $100

 

I went from a 5" Dezl to the 770. I was reluctant at first thinking the 7" would be to big but I like it and am glad I chose it. I can't really tell if the traffic is much better. I don't spend a lot of time in metro areas where it could be helpful.

 

I am thinking of going from 7 to the 5, 7 is really nice but I it's just a cost thing for me, if I exchange I can get a pair of Plantronics wireless ear buds to listen to music or w.e else foe a 100 from loves.

 

Are you folks using the Hours-Of-Service and the IFTA tracking on the 770? Does the Hours-Of-Service work like the keep trucking app? You can email logs to yourself...

I've been using the KeepTrucking App for a while now, just curious if it works close to the same.

 

I use the ifta tracking. Works awesome.
