Moving to a different state

    Florida is the same way. Just moved from NJ to Florida. Just got my hazmat a month ago in Jersey, now Florida wants me to do everything all over again. I'm keeping my NJ license until my hazmat expires.

    I recently moved from Pennsylvania to North Carolina and I drive for FedEx FedEx is telling me that I need to have a North Carolina license to drive and I have a class A CDL from PA do I really need to get a North Carolina license to drive

    State law typically requires you to get your drivers license within 30 days. Fed ex be right.

    I am moving to California from Arizona can I transfer my cdl to that state or do I have to retake the test again?
