    $950+ on 350 miles is $2.70+ all miles to the truck...

    You're saying Schneider ICs used to rock out $2.70 all miles to the truck running the midwest???

    I went through all these Schneider threads and talked to multiples drivers.. never once have heard of those numbers ever being even remotely possible.

    Everyone know this..... 50% of all the information you receive each and every day is either misleading or completely wrong. Our job is to know the difference.
    I am not directing this to anyone specifically.

    95% of ICs on the board don't know what's possible if they would wait for loads to come together.

    But since the midwest is now flooded with ICs, its become almost impossible to do.

    However I do agree people need to stop taking cheap freight, here and everywhere.

    There was a time when SNI had a waiting list to get on Choice Board.

    It was an exclusive board and you had to be a proven O/O.

    They didn't even have a lease program.

    But greed took over and now 6 months as a company driver gets you on the board or 1 year outside exp.

    They have flooded the IC program.

    A few of us did for a while. Its why I came on board. 2 or 3 loads a day never more than 150 miles on a load.

    We booked our loads for the next day in the evening.

    Those loads are still there, and if you spend enough time on the load board you would see how it can be done.

    Those days are gone now though because a lot of ICs think $1.40 all miles is great. So they'll dh 100 miles to get a load that pays $450 for 150 loaded miles.
