    lol not so fast negative Nancy..
    I wouldn't be here myself if it weren't for all you guys posting how great you all have been doing here.

    I've been honest about my experience, including the negatives such as last week where I lost a load due to no empties and then had to deal with cheap rates in OK and MS.
    Not everything here is awesome.

    I believe in a way it will haunt Schneider IC's. Honestly I had no clue about Choice until I became a TTR member, and I'm not going to lie, I wanted to jump on board. Then I seen thread after thread of people who are interested in joining Choice or are going to join Choice and I thought to myself this can not be good.

    I have a family member that was in expedite trucking in the sprinter arena, it was good for him, once people found out how good it was and how easy it was to enter that field, rates are dirt and the sprinter market is over saturated ×5.

    I agree you have posted both good and bad.

    However you were also the one posting how for all miles you earned xxx.

    Yes I've posted on here too but no one did it as regular as you did.

    As for being a negative Nancy I'm just being real.

    Just recently you've been posting of drivers taking your freight and you not being able to book those same loads.

    That's a direct result of the IC boars being flooded in the last 12 months.

    Per a SNI source the IC side has grown 145% in the last 12 months.

    Look at the board the freight has not grown that much.

    Reason being grow the driver base and it will force drivers to run for cheaper rates.

    I've been around long enough to know what's up.

    I'm not trying to be negative just be realistic. This choice board is not as good as it was a year ago.

    I'm sure those that were here before me feel the same way and probably thought when I came on that they were growing it to fast.

    Point is for anyone who is coming on board remember it's a business and we are all each others competition.

    rate wise everything generally has been the same for me since I started..
    some good loads are gone and there's some new ones too.
    I don't really see much of a difference on my end.

    If drivers come here it means they're leaving other driving jobs.
    Only if the driver pool explodes vs the load pool... then I'd be concerned.
    So be against that whole 18 year old drivers thing people are trying to push though lol.

    Well when a driver or a 100 drivers leave a company the freight doesn't go with them.

    Even if a company loses drivers and can't cover the freight they don't generally lose the customer they just broker out the load.

    Here's how our loads go from SNI customers to consignee.

    Manufacturer
    Sales Person ( politically correct )
    Schneider logistics
    Schneider National
    Schneider IC
    Consignee.

    Add in a brokered load and the piece of pie gets even smaller.

    So on paper you'd think more drivers equals more freight......and it might but it also means more people eating from the same plate.

    You really can't blame he Wipper. There are tons of guys on you tube saying how great it is as well. Every time I'm on you tube there's some new, slow talking, boring guy talking about Choice.

    I'm not blaming whipper ( look there whipper Dinomite stood up for ya....lol)

    I'm just pointing out that sometimes it's best to just answer questions not volunteer info.

    And Whipper wasn't it just you who said his thread has had 50k views in 2.5 months that's a lot I would guess. I'm not even sure how to know how many views but I'd assume that's a lot.

    Yes the program is flooded with new IC's..it is what it is.
    They will crash and burn and things will settle down..or they wont.;)

    Either way the hard chargers will continue to make it work..the complainers will fall by the wayside and blame everyone but themselves.

    I for one welcome the competition..nothing better than stepping over another crushed wannabe on my way to the bank!
