Don't know how far back you're thinking but, I retired after 37 years and it was like that when I started

JBS Marshalltown here as well. Not a sign anywhere about where to wash out (on a different street), where to drop empty (again, not on street with address of plant). Pre-loaded trailer not ready on time, finally get it, find it in the 4" deep mud hole they call a yard. They have a scale, but we can't use it. Go to BP 5 miles away, and tandems are heavy even when slid back as far as legal for this CA load. Now back, but first we had to get trailer RE-INSPECTED for cleanliness at wash out pit because it left the property, despite still wearing their seals all over every door and hatch. So we wait, unpaid, until maybe tomorrow. Bravo, idiots.

 

After a nice 6 hour wait, we got our trailer back. They took off 100 lbs, and we are still 150 over on the tandems for CA running. Going back AGAIN. Second time. Girl at the BP scale says the place has been effing up loads all weekend.
