CRST has unsatisfactory BBB rating

Go to the page that says they have an unsatisfactory rating then copy and paste the web address to your post.

 

B.B.B. shows no sufficient background information and doesn't show any negative complaints.

 

It sounds like someone has an ax to grind with CRST. Insufficient information is not a bad BBB report.

 

Just so you know, the BBB will occasionally send out forms for companies to fill out. They ask a lot of information including your banking information that most individuals or companies don't need to know. They tried to get me to fill out the forms on several occasions. I told them that it was none of their business. If someone needs some of that information then they can ask me directly. They made insinuations about having a negative report. Basically, they didn't have any information on my company. They told me that they would report that I refused to give any information. I was once contacted and told that someone inquired about my company and they needed to put a profile together about me. They would not tell me who inquired so I declined to give them any information. I think that it was a fishing expedition. I could care less. I don't deal with consumers and have a good reputation where it counts.

 

Originally this thread is over 2 years old. Plus, what does the BBB have to do with how they treat or mistreat their driver's?

 

Yah know they have been suing all there competition in California's I wouldn't dare say the names such as Werner or anything.

 

ROFLMFAO! This started out as a CRST noninformation thread and is now somewhere between Perkins and whatever the heck believeemboyz is attempting to say! I guess I better stay away from the coffee!

 

Better stay away from sti delivers and CRST not happy doing business with these guys... 6 hours to get loaded and 10 hours to get unloaded and on top of that they got mad at me... very messy and tight locations. Receiver sent me to floor manager. Floor manager asked me to wait for an open door then when door is available. Go back inside and check again with guys in there floor manager from korjing shift is gone then need to go over everything and receiver gets mad because she didn't i was there. She knew i checked in around noon but she didn't know where i was... very frustrating.

 

I drive with CRST Expedited and have over 10 years and over a million safe miles,and really have no major complaints. They have decent miles for teams,great equipment,I have one of the best fleet managers I ever had,and when I'm scheduled to go home,I get home. Any truck driving job is what you make of it,for the most part. The folks I hear complaining are rookies who went through school and now cry because they ain't getting instantly rich and not going home every weekend,and some even think trucking is a 9-5 job. LMAO . Those are the ones who usually don't last.
