If the image loaded in previous post that is what error message I get when I assign loads. As MickeyRat stated it has to be the way my driver number was put into the system. Another driver said that it might be that they have me listed as an I/C but have it put into computer as a company driver. Who knows not I.
At least someone finally got back in touch with me this evening and he keeps telling me that they are working on it now and wanted to know if it worked before and when I say yes he says ok and then about an hour later same ole thing same questions. -
I was able to assign loads to myself this evening. ...

Tell them to give you a new driver number and truck number. Should solve problem....maybe

I have suggested the new driver number never thought of a new truck number
I have told them that and they still can't figure it out. I did have someone call me from technical support 3 times last night. All 3 times he said that they are working on it and asked if it worked when I was here before . I informed him yes and he said ok and then hung up.TennMan Thanks this. -

No that was not the problem. I could actually go as far as to book them but would come up assignment failed. I had another ICA call me today and asked for my password. When he typed it in he said I can get on the load board no problem using your password. Explained to him what the problem was and sent him a screen shot then he understood.
I did get a call from my ICA that her supervisor and his supervisor along with some people in Green Bay was involve in this problem. Then I get several "important" messages across the qualcom that they needed me to call in. When I do call in later they said that the issue was resolved and that they needed my password to check it out. They informed me that it was working and now that I am home with we shall see when I try to book a load.mickimause and TennMan Thank this.
