Prime medical requirements

yes they do, it can pose a direct risk to the employee on the job so it is required to be notified to the employer

 

Not only that, but if you don't put it on the forms and they find out that you covered it up and Basically LIed to them then guess who gets fired and guess what will go on your DAC

 

No doubt. Realistically, it's disclosed and "Sorry, we can't use you."

I would rather be told that than get my DAC trashed for being dishonest for lying, then he may not ever get a get a job driving.
