Never drive for this company

    Florida Pinestraw Supply co a small compay with 8 trucks and 7 drivers out of a dot on a map known as Mayo FL. If you value your CSA scores stay the hell away from them The boss claims to have never had a driver to run out of driving hours. and will dispatch you on the hottest loads they can find and expect you to deliver on time. also they refuse to fix their equipment had and axle burn up due to a leaking hub and was told to run it anyway that is just one of my breakdowns there. they will also cheat you out of your pay as well they also have a conditional safety rating and are above the threshold on HOS violations because you are almost forced to run over your hours

    Hope you're not still driving for them.If not how long was you employed with them?If you look at other motor carriers safety ratings many many have a conditional rating.If they pretty much force the drivers to run over hours I would think the DOT caught up with them which in time would give them an unconditional safety rating.Many companies like this gets away with way too many things which causes them to keep running illegal and driving junk because the dot won't do anything.

    Sounds a lot like the guys I work with....stand up and tell them no if you don't want to run illegal. What can they do.....force you? I image all the other guys are too broke to say no to the broker.
