    Anybody now what estes top pay is in NC for P&D and when they start time1/2 ?

    21.10 and OT after 48 hours. 49-58 cpm here in cali. Should be the same company wide

    just go work at ups or abf those drivers are always comparing man parts to see who has the better job even though us cr england drivers make more

    Man that's pretty low, most of the LTL carriers around here top out at around 27 an hour.

    Winbot where is around here? Different parts of the country have different pay scales.

    Chicago, I know conway and rl are both 26 or 27 an hour at the top of the scale. But yeah chicago is sort of a different animal I guess. I make more than 21 and I don't do ltl loads more than once in a blue moon.

    Thats starting hourly, Estes top out at 26 and some change per hour.

    Your right it should be after 40. Alot of companies get away with it some how

    Somehow isn't complicated, if you are driving a truck in interstate commerce you are bound by federal HOS laws. If you are bound by federal HOS laws, you are not subject to federal overtime laws. Most, or all, states that have their own OT laws, like California, exempt truck drivers.
