You're an employers wet dream, in the real world #### happens it is part of the cost of doing business. If it's constant then the boss needs to find a new employee, not try to find a way to deduct money from your check, but hey if you're willing to pay for the privilege of working go for it.

Considering that he quoted my post in he response most intelligent people would comprehend that he was responding to my post. If not, he should have skipped the quote or quoted the person he was responding to. Comprende?

You guys must be on a "34". The original ? was "can bossman make me pay for damage I caused"? right ? This back and forth leans more towards let bossman insurance pay, A few of us say driver should pay. If I loan you my car and you damage it, should my insurance pay or should you pay ? I say you pay because why should I turn it in to my insurance (which will go up). I mean you damaged it, you pay . Just my opinion. driver pays for shortages right ?

Driver"s responsibility goes a long way. Deliver the load, no damage, no tickets. On time pick/delivery. there's no clause that says OK to damage truck, you will be forgiven. None that I've ever seen anyway.

Are you making money from loaning your car? See the difference?

You are not loaning me a truck though. You are employing me to drive the truck. See the difference?
If I wanted to pay someone's risk for them, I might as well be an o/o.
See I don't want the headache that comes with being a business owner, so I get a bit less reward, but tons less headaches.
