well neather can I EagleOps. Because I cant get a frigging Rate Con on any loads I've hooked to. So am I being screwed??? or not????

 

Are you including owning a truck and trailer in that salary, because that's part of what you're paying for as a L/O

 

Why can't you get the rate con? They aren't (or rather, shouldn't) be a secret. I just spent a few hours a couple weeks ago digging up every rate con a driver had done with the company so he could give them to his tax guy. I now regret saying yes when a coworker asked me that favor

 

I was very clear. I said it wasn't 20% and you misquoted me. I realize you're frustrated but you're not reading what I'm writing.

 

don't know why I'm not getting them from my Ops guy I ask him for one on every load and 3 random times during the week for the ones he hasn't sent yet. pretty sure he's just ignoring me.

 

Yes THX again for being so kind as to point out my errors in frustration and doing it twice! U are a big helper aren't u! So now I ask what is the percentage of brokered freight.....answer the questions instead of double pointing out my frustration errors...what's the percentage?

 

LOL sorry but there is no benefit to owning this truck or a trailer that I don't have yet.. Until its paid for is still is a Liability, not an Asset. At the moment all I can guarantee is that I have massive amounts of head aches, heartburn, and sleepless nights that I never had as a Company Driver for no to little increase in pay and tons more financial exposure.

 

Yeah, I'm not sure why either. There's no reason you can't get them.

 

Salary is generally after expenses im pretty sure he knows what he is talking about...it's too your pocket less your possible taxes
