Yes and we have even woke people up to move their trucks

 

They probably wouldn't have been in the best of moods, huh?

 

Doesn't matter where you park. These fools will park anywhere. You will wake up and find trucks blocking you in because they are parked in a thru fare. They don't care anymore, until you start pounding on their door....

 

If they are stupid enough to park to block me in I don't care what their mood is I know it is not as bad as mine if I am blocked in...

Yeah, there are some that have no respect for anyone else. At the Erie, PA Pilot, I had a Western Express driver bump into my trailer because he was trying to squeeze into what looked like a bobtail parking spot. I wasnt too concerned with it until he said I still had room to pull up. "You shouldnt be trying to park there in the first place!!" I know that small Pilot fills up quick but #### dude! What if I was an owner operator who just bought a new trailer?

Big truck truck drivers are ALWAYS not in the "best of moods"?!

If we're out of hours and/or dawg tired, we'll take whatever we can find, --- and expect a knock on the door.
That knock usually means a REAL parking place is now available.
(With about 20 other's trying to get it, too)

I don't think it's ALWAYS a case of they just don't care --- as it is that SOMEtimes, there just ain't a better choice.

What sizzles MY bacon is when I'm blocked in, ....... and knock on the blocking driver's door, ....... only to find out they're INside the truck stop, ......... playin' video games and/or Cherry Master.
