I drove my truck for quite some time to work out some of the bugs and the like. It sucked on fuel mileage. So, I drove it like a little ole lady to get the best I could. THEN I had it turned up. I still drive it pretty much the same and at the same speeds. But I'm getting about 1.5mpg better than before. Turning up the power CAN be beneficial. If you drive it right.

definatly.. Also, I read somewhere that the ishift is non repairable and needs to be completely replaced when bad. Don't know how true this is.

Ishift trans has only 1 part number. I would drive it before trying to up grade. My d13 is 455 with Eco torque and it pulls great. It does hills better than my Pete with the c15.
