My point is the mesh isn't as important as you think it is. Your fuel filter should filter down to 7 microns. Anything caught in the mesh - you said one was plugged - means your fuel system isn't clean enough. You cant even see 50 microns nevermind 7.

If you read carefully I was taking about the brand new six pack injectors that I just bought.

ah ok I misread it somehow. I thought you were talking about your old injectors.
Narcis.M Thanks this. -

Sounds like they gave you core returns.

I would recommend Stewart and Stevenson in Commerce City, CO. It's the biggest shop I've ever seen in my life. If your a diesel mechanic you are top notch if you work there. They don't take appointments. You have to show up and you will get the next available Detroit mechanic available. If one is not ready until the next day they will give you the slot so you don't have to come back in line. They also have a deal with a local hotel that will pick you up and drive you back.
I've been to them numerous times for problems nobody else could fix. They don't guess. They know the test procedures and do not throw parts at the problem. I know this first hand. I cannot say enough about this shop. This will be your last stop in getting your truck fixed.areelius Thanks this. -
if you liked it don't forget to click on thanks button ))))
next time buy oem injectors-stay headache free. -
