YES ! Detroit Deisel makes a system called Opti-Idle.
It allows you to set cab temps like a refer. Also u it starts if battery voltage starts to drop off or engine oil temp falls real low. I live in Iowa and it was a comfortable sound to here the unit fire up on a cold Sunday night insuring a warm cab,on Monday mornings. ( groceries didn't freeze either ). Search Opti idle to see what's included in the kit and installation instructions. Link provided shows operating instructions.
Our unit came factory installed on a Prostar with a Cummins ISX...good luck.

Ok so to be honest I don't know a whole lot about tractor engines, I just assumed they also had glow plugs. If not then why does my tractor say wait to start in the morning? And yeah block heaters and coolant circulation pumps help the engine start easier I'm just a baby in the morning and don't feel like walking out 30min early to start the tractor so the cab is warm enough. So enlighten me if tractors don't have glow plugs what do they use to I gnight the fuel in addition to conpression.

Large diesels don't need an aid to ignite fuel. They have high compression ratios for higher combustion chamber temps and are better at atomizing the fuel into a mist so it ignites easier. They are so good at it that a modern engine can actually idle on one cylinder.
I've been told that the reason the early maxforce uses glowplugs is due to running at a lower compression. That International was trying to lower NOX pollution in this way rather than using DEF. -

Newer diesels want you to wait because they are booting the computer or doing a diagnostics before you turn the engine over. I had an 08 Columbia that if you didn't wait long enough before cranking it, the AC wouldn't work.

I put a remote start kit 2001 W900L with Cat in and love it!!!
It is a must have option if I ever change trucks, cheap, easy install, and putts a smile on your face every mourning to hear your truck start while your still making coffee. -
Before we had a shop to keep the trucks cozy I'd just crawl out of bed put my shoes on and run outside in my undies and fire the truck up. Good way to wake up when it's below freezing
Freightshaker613 Thanks this.
