If they hire off the street it's because the guys waiting 10 15 years cant qualify or there are no more people bidding a feeder position. Which is why they rarely hire off the street.
As for the health insurance, it's one of the best in the industry and costs the driver NOTHING. I dont know where you get that it sucks.

Feeders is difficult. The weird hours coming from package car is a shocker. zero life.
package is where the money and semi predicable life is at. sure 200-300 stops during peak is a lot. but dang sure is well paid for it.Pintlehook and Radman Thank this. -
