New IC contract. What do you think?

Ha we had the same thought and typing at the same time.

 

Right, dudes who dont know better or any different.

 

Methinks Schneider is trying to squeeze out the O/O' to make room for more new L/O's who will toe the comapny line.

 

I think they're practically begging for a lawsuit.

Maybe they're testing to see how far they can push things?

I know I would never put this language in a contract if the roles were reversed. It's just beyond me to think of trying to tell a contractor what they can or can't do with their own equipment.

 

Yes the ICA says nothing has changes BUT in the old contract it says unauthorized tolls will be settlement deducted. In this New contract it says ALL tolls will be settlement deducted.

Once we sign it we will have no recourse.

 

So they force us to do what they want and that's our decision.

 

It's a way to force us to haul cheap freight.

So much for a good program.

 

All I know is that I wish they had done this before May. I would not have leased another truck if they did.
