    Get the necessary proof(evidence) in order to show they lied and have tarnished your professional rep, costing money.

    Then, file a civil action against them for damages.

    The best way to stop these unscrupulous carriers is to hit them in the pocket when they pull these stunts!

    Probably not a bad idea to also have your lawyer send a cease and desist letter to hireright and anyone else posting false background info.
