I don't know why people think this job is easy and that everyone can do it. That is not the case. Have some respect for the job. 3 preventables with two companies in 7 months is a big red flag to anyone that covers insurance or has a insurance policy, that is just the way it is and it is not going to get better. Sometime during training you should have stumbled upon that fact.
Secondly, man up and quit blaming poor training. This job is not so complicated that you cannot teach it to yourself. Many of the drivers out there now are self taught. 20 years ago they were all self taught. What is your problem after going to a CDL school, and spending two training stints with mentors?
There is some possibilities for you in the career but why do you want it?
Don't know what to do need help!!!

You're going to need a refresher course.
Where do you live? city/state
Yes there are some companies that will give you another chance.
Paschall Truck Lines has a refresher course or you can ask your CDL school if they offer one.
These might give you another chance:
Carolina Cargo
Paschall Truck Lines

3 preventables in 7 months in your personal car would make it #### near impossible for you to get personal auto insurance....think about it...
