Hello wisemagic. Are you still employed at Taylor express. I live in hope mills and am currently at miller motte college for cdl training. I am planning on applying there once I graduate. No I ended up going with cargo transporters out of claremont, nc

 

I look there too but they told me I had to wait until sept for non smoking trainer.How do you like it so far

 

It's going good. I'll start my 3rd week of training on Monday. They run a lot of northeast and the Midwest as well but most freight is northeast. This week will b a short week because my trainer has a couple of scheduled days off but the following I hope we can get a run out west. After they see that you can drive and back as well as handle the Qualcomm then u start a team operation. So your training check is based off of mileage and not a set amount per week.

 

Did they mention the smoke thing to you?

 

They asked me did I want a smoker or non smoker. I said non smoker. The first day my trainer asked if I smoked and I said no. Well he is a smoker but out of respect to me he doesn't smoke in the truck
