I'd say it's more of a character and work ethics judging ! I mean if you didn't know 2 people and person 1 had 2 jobs in ten years with no gaps and person 2 had 10 jobs with a gap here and there who would you choose?

I applied to Swift and was surprised to have my offer in 18 hours. This after being off the road for 11 years.

I'm not surprised... Companies can't fill the seats quick enough. -
I heard somewhere that Swift has to hire 3000 drivers a year! That is incredible. Think of the costs involved. I am scheduled for orientation in 4 weeks, so I still have other options that I applied for.
