impossible to take my class B with passenger endorsement skills test in florida

florida uses only 3rd party testers. There are three within 100 miles of me in jacksonville florida. One told me they only give the test to their students. The second said they have stopped 3rd party testing for now ,but "might" start back in 3 or 4 weeks. The third told me i can take my class B there,but i cant get my p endorsement because they dont have a bus,, and their safty officer wont allow me to drive my bus.I have gone thru all the testing and have my learners permit,, but cant take the test. This seems crazy!! . Its a state issuied liscense and they dont provide people any way to get it!! PLEASE HELP!!

 

talked to 3 people at the dmv. they said the 3rd party testers are all private companys and as such they (the dmv) have no control over them. I replied with,,"does it sound right ,that I have met all of the requirements to be able to take the pre trip,skills and driving tests, and am not being allowed to do so? They all three said "no" that's not right". So the only answer, from them was,,, there is still one florida dmv office that gives the tests' it is in Jackson county .4.5 hours from me. So I must hire someone to ride with me ( a cdl holder with p endorsement ), a 9 hour round trip , pay for all that fuel, and pray I don't fail!,,,
