Whiteline express wont release my long form.

    When i first got the physical i asked for one and they wouldnt give it to me. They didnt even give me a medical card, but a copy of one. I thought it is the law to give medical records when requested? Isnt their a hippa law that says that as well as florida statues?

    @Lspilot82 Go get another physical. This is penny-ante B.S. and trying to wheedle or coerce it from a place you got canned from is useless.

    You are probably right! I guess the driver got terminated and he is looking for #### on the company. Every time I got a physical I had the short and long form, even when Schneider gave me a physical......

    You're making too big of a deal about this.Like everyone is saying just get another physical and be done with it, that way its yours and no company can take and keep it.

    It may have changed but that doesn't mean the DOT knows any better.You know as well as I do they make up their own laws as they go.So I carry my med card and long form for the just in case moment.
