    I will put some mustard or mayo on the meatballs. Ketchup and BBQ sauce are no good because of the sugar they contain.

    If in a restaurant, order specific, or hit the grocery stores, you'll do fine.

    Though I find it difficult to believe condiments and vegetables are the cause of weight gain.
