So what's a normal Week like for you as far as meals? Do you have a plane for the road?

Meals = bacon, eggs and microwaved frozen meatballs. I need to come up with a plan of how to eat OTR.

Broccoli and cauliflower microwave well. Pre-cooked hamburger patties. Walmart sells pre-cooked taco meat, shredded lettuce, and Mission has low-net-carb tortillas, which makes low-carb tacos easy. Also, lay out a tortilla, put shredded cheddar jack (or sliced pepper jack) on it, then a couple slices of ham. In the microwave for about 40 seconds, roll it up and eat.

Thank you for the suggestions, Dreamboat. One of the items that is convenient as well is the packets of tuna. They are not cheap at $2.48, but you don't have to drain the cans and have your fingers smell like tuna all day. I will have to look for the precooked hamburger patties.

Somehow, I am stuck on 216lbs for a few days. I really need to get walking everyday I have lost 81 lbs in 11 weeks, imagine if I had been walking a rigorous 3 miles per day!
