do you have a canceled check, or if you paid any other way, there is always a receipt of some kind.

could be too that since you paid the ticket, that state just tossed out the fine once you paid it, or just doesn't report to the home state you live in, since this was not a CDL license at the time????

 

1.PRIME-Generally great reviews. Good safety record, great equipment apus fridge.Not a great fit for those who want great home time. Average paying company on the grand scale.

2. SWIFT- Reviews vary. Tremendous opportunities nationwide. Good home time options. Poor trailer maintenance if you drop and hook regularly. Not so great safety record.Average paying company.

3. PAM-Mainly poor reviews but some good ones. Must get hazmat because they have several automotive accounts including hauling Ford ecoboost engines. Dedicated accounts with weekly home time may be available in certain areas.Average equipment. Poor pay for what you're hauling.

4.CRE- Generally negative reviews but some positive reviews.Good equipment and maintenance. Good safety record. Otr company: no home time for rookies. They will convince you to lease their truck and exclusively be available to haul their loads: bad move. Great earning potential for team lease operators.
* This is a Big Boy company. You better be prepared to deal with CRE because they are in the business of making OR breaking drivers.MUST HAVE BUSINESS SENSE TO SUCCEED WITH THIS COMPANY.

5. CRST- Mainly poor reviews (I've heard positive reviews from every company except this one). Team trucks. Newer Freightliner Cascadias. Not so good safety record. Below average pay. Trying to address issues with driver fitness (CSA) but who's waiting? MUST live on a truck with somebody else for a min. of 8 months to fulfil contract.
*I've met 2 drivers who trained with them recently and both left shortly after their contract was fulfilled.

**None of these companies offer a great benefit package on a company wide scale. Certain divisions and fleets offer different benefits.

Crst charges about $2800 for their training, it's Ben about 5 years since I've had any dealings with them but I'm sure the only way it's free is if you do the lease option. Then they'll starve you, the instructors will even warn you. You must have at least $30,000 to make it with them. Their truck note was about $1500 weekly, do the math.

 

Looks like you've exhausted most avenues, so go with CRST if they will accept you.

 

Dude if what you said is true you would have an honorable discharge. A general is not good and you may have trucking companies that won't touch you because of it.
