Caterpillar engine breather

OK I've never seen anything like that but really haven't ever seen a lot other than my MBN.

 

had one that went over 1 mill before changing. if it is spewing a lot of oil change it to see if it stops. if not you will need to dig deeper.

 

It's easy to upload pics here from your cell phone. Much, much easier than the old forum format. From your phone beside the "post reply" button click "upload a file". Then click choose. The click your file and find your gallery, click the pic, let it load, when it pops up click post reply.

 

I think the style he is refering to has reed valves in it to allow pressure out but not suck air in. Unless you're seeing extreme oil carry-over from the blow-by tube leave it be.
