Ok I do not want to get your drive to a lower gear but it is possible that only one of those things caused your high BP!
Myself it is weight. I am around 250 and I know for sure that if I go below 240 my BP will be almost perfect! That will not make my weight perfect .... I need to be like below 200 to be the playboy I used to be
Now every change in your life made for a healthier better life is a good change! So do not give up and soon I will follow with positive changes!
i think this has been touched on here before ..vaping

BTW I had once a tooth ache while on the road! I think those were the worst 2 days of my life! My dispatch asked me why I fuel in Ontario since they had a policy about not fueling in canada and I remember saying: Because I ####ing NEED FUEL AND I HAVE A TOOTH ACHE! ALL I WANT IS TO GET TO DENTIST!
I was stopping the truck every 15 miles or so because of the pain! I guess that can bring your BP up!themlilboots Thanks this. -
I don't need to lose weight, and could actually gain 10 lbs and it wouldn't hurt me one bit. I think the smoking was the major culprit, but I am not going to take any chances. I want to make sure by next June it will be back down to my 100/70 like it normally is. And yes, a toothache is quite miserable.

I don't like ecgis, but they're a good replacement for a cigarette.

YAY!!!! I just had my BP taken and it is 127/77 I will take that, it is a lot better than what it was. Still higher than I want it to be, but it is a start.

Took my BP again and it was 112/70. I have been lifting weights, no smoking, no sweets, pretty much all natural/organic foods. Lots of water (with lemon).
