Currently I use H & R Block
They say two linesTruckDuo Thanks this. -
I would guess only because it makes it easier for them.
Otherwise they/you must sort through a year of call logs to separate personal from business.

I have a business line and a personal, I can't write the personal. If I say I have one line for personal and work I am not allowed to write it off according to H & R block. Speak with a tax outfit.

One for personal/work. Write it off on my taxes. The chance of an audit are slim for me.

yes, all the time. it's a pre-paid phone as well.T_Bone Thanks this.

Aren't you the Lucky one

I use my personal phone and get a monthly allowance from my company for using it as we do everything by phone.
It isn't anywhere near the cost of covering my plan but it is a nice gesture on their part. Covers roughly 10% which is comparable to the amount of time I spend using it talking to dispatch.T_Bone Thanks this. -
Just one phone. I setup a Google voice number for business.
Side note on the Google voice. Sometimes you still have to dial 1 and area code when dialing from same area code. And the call in process is longer. I laugh at all the people that can't get through or are too impatient to wait an extra five seconds.
Anyone I do business with on a regular basis gets my personal number. But all those freaking LS brokers calling about loads already posted on the board can go strait to Google voice.T_Bone Thanks this.
