    I had a ticket in Colorado for going 67 where posted 55 and cali dmv rewarded me 2 points. Second ticket was for lost mud flap again in Colorado. cali dmv gave me 1 point this time. week letter I got warning letter saying if I will get 1 more point my license will be suspended. that was in 2000.

    Your wrong.... Almost 8 years of ticket/accident free driving here...just because someone is a new driver doesn't mean they are going to get in an accident or receive a ticket
