Yea, I always try to drive the speed limit in construction zones, but haven't ran a CB in years

You gotta be quick on your feet around here. I was referring to this coming winter.

It is labor day weekend, which for wyoming means fall is over, and winter begins.

Anybody can sue anybody, anytime, over anything. Neusance law suits are a speciality with some people.

Thats right! I remember driving in white outs and seeing the initial crash which most times was just one truck blocking both lanes. These days that first truck that just jackknifed and probably wouldn’t have even needed a tow gets piled into by a bunch naive drivers wearing headsets, there are trucks on fire, dead bloated bodies lying on the shoulder.
Drivers see this sht and brag about how they dont communicate with one another any more!

Perhaps if there were more decent conversations on the CB, drivers would not feel the need to turn them off, or not even have them.
A driver might be able to avoid being delayed by info on the CB, but a driver SHOULD have enough sense to not overdrive his vehicle, ability or the road conditions.
"Enough Sense" is the sticking point here. If drivers had enough sense to not be a wholes on the CB, but then I suppose I'm asking too much. . .

You would think that the topic of following distance would pop up in this thread.....so elementary yet overlooked

I've been on the road for 24 years and the intelligence level of some drivers today is beyond my compression. The complete disrespect of how the radio is used, the way the fuel island is used as a personal parking spot because some of the guys out here are so fat they can't walk any length of distance without sounding like they are having a heart attack. I truly miss the good old days.

    NavigatorWife and 201 Thank this.
